CUSTOM-MADE TRANSMISSION REBUILT
We rebuild manual (GETRAG, NV4500, NV5600, G56) and automatic (A518, 47-48 RH / RE, 68RFE, AISIN) transmissions, stock or high performance, according to your specifications to meet your needs, in accordance with your use while respecting the manufacturer’s standards.
The market has no standard to qualify the various stages of modification of a transmission. For this reason, we have chosen to identify our transmissions according to their performance instead of stages. This way, we avoid being compared with transmissions from other garages that may be called the same name, but differ greatly in components and performance.
STOCK TRANSMISSION
Our STOCK transmission is rebuilt according to the manufacturer’s specs.
It is ideal for a truck that is not modified, has the original tune and standard tires.
With this transmission, you will be able to pull what the factory advertised maximum towing capacity.
PERFORMANCE TRANSMISSION
Our PERFORMANCE transmission is rebuilt to solve all the basic problems of that transmission.
It is ideal if your engine power has been increased up to 100HP, but still has the original turbo and injectors.
A truck with this transmission can be fitted with tires up to 35″.
With our PERFORMANCE transmission, you will be able to pull up to 15,000 lbs.
TRACK/TOWING TRANSMISSION
Our TRACK/TOWING transmission is rebuilt to work hard. It was designed for entrepreneurs and aggressive drivers.
This transmission is the most popular transmission installed on our clients truck and will support up to 650HP.
It allows the modification of the turbo and the injection system without damaging the transmission. A truck with this transmission can be fitted with tires up to 37″.
With our TRACK/TOWING transmission, you will be able to pull up to 20,000 lbs.
CUSTOM TRANSMISSION
We call it CUSTOM because no two are the same. It’s the perfect transmission for racing enthusiasts and Dodge Ram owners who want the cream of the crop.
Our technician selects each component to assemble the transmission you’ve always dreamed of.
It is ideal for trucks whose original engine power has been increased by 150HP and more. It is able to withstand high-performance sets up composed of large or compound turbos.
A truck with this transmission can be fitted with big tires on a 3.41 ratio.
With our CUSTOM transmission, you will be able to pull over 20,000 lbs.
MANUAL TRANSMISSION
Our manual transmission is rebuilt according to the manufacturer’s specs.
We can rebuilt with a standard 1 ¼ ″ input shaft or a 1 3/8″ input shaft, providing more resistance to shock and high torque.
A rebuilt transmission with a 1 3/8″ input shaft allows for the installation of a more efficient clutch.
Warranty
SML Diesel Performance transmissions are guaranteed for one (1) year or 20,000 km if installed by our technicians *.
*Our warranty on automatic transmissions is conditional on the installation of a new torque converter.
Core
Purchasing a rebuilt transmission requires the return of a core.
If you are unable to supply a core or if your core, after inspection, is refused, an additional charge will be incurred.
