Each rebuilt with us is unique. We carry out all the stages of the reconditioning  in our premises. We thus avoid delays caused by external suppliers, and it allows us to control the quality of the work from A to Z.

Every reconditioned engine that leaves our shop must meet our highest standards.

This is why we do not install sleeves. This way, we avoid the problems cause by sleeves moving.  We also avoid the having variation of temperature between cylinders. Our technician drills each cylinder with .020 or .040 thousandths of an inch. He then It installs larger quality pistons by Mahle, to ensure the engine performance and longevity.

When our specialist rebuilds an engine, he machines the surface of the head and the block to ensure an almost perfect straightness, thus guaranteeing the best possible marriage of the gasket.

Each internal engine component is replaced with a brand-new equivalent or a better quality parts. If the customer wishes, we have several modification options to rebuild an engine that is much more efficient than an original one.

As for the external components: injectors, pump… unlike other garages, we inspect and test them. They are replaced only if they are no longer good.

We guarantee all our reconditioned engines for 1 year or 20,000 km.
