For you the 1st and 2nd generation RAM enthusiast, we rebuild 12 valves engine with or without performance modification.

Each rebuilt with us is unique. We carry out all the stages of the reconditioning in our premises. We thus avoid delays caused by external suppliers, and it allows us to control the quality of the work from A to Z.

Each internal engine component is replaced with a brand-new equivalent or a better quality parts. If the customer wishes, we have several modification options to rebuild an engine that is much more efficient than an original one.

As for the external components: injectors, pump… unlike other garages, we inspect and test them. They are replaced only if they are no longer good.

Note: The listed price is the starting price for a long block rebuilt. When selecting an engine, you have the option to add additional features. The most popular options are available in this product sheet; however, many other options are also available. For a custom-built engine, please contact us for a personalized quote.

Hamilton Cams Head gasket + Fire Rings 12V (machinery included) - option

FIRE RINGS prevent engine compression from destroying the head gasket by containing it in each cylinder. Stage 1: 40 @ 80 lbs of boost. Grooves are machined on the engine head only. Stage 2: 80 lbs and more of boost. Groove machining of the grooves is split 50/50 between the engine heads and block for added durability.

Rebuilt Cummins engine 6BT

The Cummins 6BT is the legendary engine of the 1989 to 1998 Dodge Rams. This 5.9L engine is the first diesel engine that replaced the big gas V8 in pickups. Initially designed for agricultural machinery, it is however at the heart of pickups and buses that it made its reputation as a BEAST!

Its simple design of unequaled reliability, enormous performance potential and a durability of a million kilometers have helped to build a solid reputation.

After all these years, it remains the preferred engine for engine swaps in Ford trucks, commonly referred to as Fummins, GMC, International or Terrastar. It’s the perfect engine if you’re planning a hot rod restoration.

Every reconditioned engine that leaves our shop must meet our highest standards.

This is why we do not install sleeves. This way, we avoid the problems cause by sleeves moving. We also avoid the having variation of temperature between cylinders. Our technician drills each cylinder with .020 or .040 thousandths of an inch. He then It installs larger quality pistons by Mahle, to ensure the engine performance and longevity.

We guarantee all our reconditioned engines for 1 year or 20,000 km.
